the mask shattered away and the hole in his chest was healed, his inner hollow had ripped off ulquiorra's arm and leg, and he had stabbed ishida who had shown up. they were about to continue their fight but Ulquiorra started to disapear

After Ulquiorra died Ichigo went to the living world with Unohana. In the living world Stark had fallen to Kyouroku.

Halibel had fallen due to Aizen, and barragan had fallen to his own power, the shinigami had lost some on their side including Hinamori, and soi fon, old man yamamoto was on the brink of death and it didn't look like he was going to make it. Ichigo arrived in time to fight Aizen

After the choas of the war started to settle down Tori had Grimmjow move in with her in the living world. At first he wasn't willing but a little presuasion convinced him. He and Titus were not happy.
